David Ashley David Ashley works in the Office of Communication and Public Liason at the US Small Business Administration in Washington, D.C., where he conducts marketing research studies gauging customer satisfaction and performance of SBA programs and services. David serves on the faculties of Johns Hopkins University, George Washington University and the University of Maryland where he teaches marketing and marketing research.
