Reservations must be made through MRA with your conference registration to secure
these special rates.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations made before June
3 are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after June 3 are
non-refundable. Cancellations of additional president's reception tickets prior
to June 3 are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. If last minute problems prevent
you from attending we urge you to find a replacement so your registration will
not go unused. Please notify MRA if you need to send a substitution.
