E. 6. Member Privacy

A. Association Marketing

It is OUR policy not to sell or otherwise disclose information about its members to third party organizations for marketing of their products or services. The information MRA requests is used only for internal tracking and to enhance decision making. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

B. Choice

Any MRA member can tell MRA anytime how they would like to receive MRA marketing materials, e.g., through the mail, by phone, by e-mail or not at all.

C. Consent

MRA members may request to "opt out" of an Association survey or any other information-gathering request.
