Description: Learn what clients really like in qualitative results communication vs. what moderators believe they like. Also for practitioners: Discover how communication impacts client opinions about supplier professionalism and affects repeat business. Clients may see styles they will consider asking their own suppliers to adopt, and learn whether their preferences in results communication mesh with or at variance from the client mainstream.
Learner Outcomes: 1. Understanding client preferences in qualitative results communication 2. Gaining insight into specific format and style benefits and drawbacks 3. Being exposed to a wide, international variety of approaches Learning to improve their work through client feedback about that of others
