Cancellation policy:
Cancellations received via written request on or before October 27 will be
granted with a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations received October 28 or after
are not refundable. The President's Reception tickets follow these same parameters.

Hotel Reservations - make your reservations by
calling the hotel directly!
MRA has reserved a block of rooms for Conference attendees at the Manchester
Grand Hyatt in San Diego. Reserve your room directly through the hotel by calling
619-232-1234. The preferential Conference rate is $185 single/double. You must
reserve your room by October 8 to take advantage of this special room rate. Questions
about your hotel confirmation, room requirement changes or any other special hotel
needs should be directed to the Manchester Grand Hyatt.
Early-bird and Standard Registration Deadlines
- 2 deadlines instead of 3!
· We're streamlining and saving you more money up front! There are now
2 registration deadlines instead of 3! We're trying to simplify the registration
process for you by instituting an easier deadline & fee schedule.
· Register for the early-bird rate and save $100 over the standard rate.
· Anyone registering for the Conference early-bird rate will be eligible
to win a Full Conference Registration for Annual 2005 in Chicago valued at $600.
· Conference confirmations will be issued to those registering by October
15. After October 15, you will not receive a Conference confirmation.
Conference Attendee List - you must register by October 15 to appear
on this essential list!
You must register by October 15 to be included on the attendee list. After that
date, your name will not appear on the attendee list.
