*Rates are based on real-time averages, as provided by Rate Reporters. Although CMOR recommends that participating companies use survey definitions developed by the ARF (www.cmor.org/hold/cmor.pdf), rate calculations provided for the Tracking System may be based on varied industry definitions.

Be A Rate Reporter! Rate Reporters are company volunteers that:

  • Enter study specific data via a web form
  • Are provided a confidential password and User ID
  • Have the ability to download the data set for purposes of analyzing their own performance against the industry.

For more information about the project or becoming a Rate Reporter, contact Jane Sheppard at [email protected] or call 330-244-8616. Visit the CMOR website at www.cmor.org for further information on respondent cooperation issues.
