CMOR initiative is one effort to provide the industry real-time
study averages* provided by Rate Reporters
for cooperation, refusal and response rates by methodology. Monthly
trends and in-depth analysis will be conducted periodically to measure
the rate effects by subject matter, length of interview, and elements

are based on real-time averages, as provided by Rate Reporters.
Although CMOR recommends that participating companies use survey
definitions developed by the ARF (www.cmor.org/hold/cmor.pdf),
rate calculations provided for the Tracking System may be based
on varied industry definitions.
Be
A Rate Reporter! Rate Reporters are company volunteers that:
- Enter
study specific data via a web form
- Are
provided a confidential password and User ID
- Have
the ability to download the data set for purposes of analyzing
their own performance against the industry.
