Professional Interviewer Training

The purpose of this training is to teach the basic skills necessary to conduct quality interviews to ensure project success. The course covers topics such as the interviewer�s role, developing a professional manner, probing and clarifying skills, developing a relationship with a respondent and identifying problems in the data collection process. There will be ample opportunity to test comprehension with practice exercises.
