Marketing Research Association's Exchange Evaluation Program is a peer-to-peer review system, allowing companies and organizations to post reviews for any business entity with whom they have conducted business. Reviews are based on ratings of quality, communication and other factors that are of key importance in selecting a dependable service or product.

Posting a review ensures a reviewer's anonymity- only a numeric ID number is shown. This number can never be used by other EEP users to find contact information pertaining to a review. After a review is posted on EEP, it is held for 48 hours for verification. Once verified, reviews are featured individually with a company and contribute to an overall average set of scores. Scores will be displayed only after 10 reviews or more have been accumulated.

Read reviews by entering, or searching for, a company name. Individual reviews will remain for 90 days from date of verification. Average scores include all ratings over a 12 month period.
