WorldOne Inc. Completes MRA Internal Review

March 10, 2010

WorldOne, a global online sample provider of physicians and other healthcare professionals has completed an independent review of its internal processes and performance metrics through MRA’s Internal Review Program.

The MRA Review Program is an association-driven solution to data quality concerns identified by the survey and opinion research field.  Patrick Glaser, MRA’s Director of Research Standards, describes the process, “any company that owns or maintains an online panel can fill out a performance report that illustrates the important metrics that the survey and opinion research profession has long considered important in panel management.  These reports are housed on the program Web site and available to be accessed by any and all research professionals.”

Glaser adds “once the report has been published on the program Web site, the company may elect to go a step further, like WorldOne, and have MRA come onsite and independently confirm the accuracy of those statistics.” WorldOne is the fourth company to participate in the independent verification piece of the Review Program. Esther Faber, WorldOne’s Panel & Operational Development Manager, commented “I’m very proud of what we (WorldOne) as a company have achieved and put together. The Review Program provides the chance to demonstrate those achievements to clients, stakeholders and the industry as a whole. ”
