This session will discuss the book Multicultural Intelligence: Eight Make-Or-Break Rules for Marketing to Race, Ethnicity and Sexual Orientation. Attendees will learn some of the tricks of the trade for marketing to Hispanic, African American, Asian and LBGT Americans. This session will explain how including appropriate culture cues in advertising can build brand loyalty that will pay huge dividends. Attendees will learn eight basic rules that should guide them through the process of marketing as diversity becomes mainstream.
