CEO Summit attendees will be the first to receive 2009 year-end results of The Research Industry Index (RII). RII reports the movements and trends in the survey and opinion research industry. The study has been conducted quarterly since late 2007 among owners and senior level management at end-users, full service, data collection, panel and related services companies in the profession.

RII combined with other industry reports will highlight trends that will shape the profession of tomorrow. This session will go beyond simple predictions and provide insight into where the industry is headed and what business strategies must be considered.

During this highly informative session attendees will:

  1. Gain a clear understanding of the recession's impact on the U.S. marketing research industry.
  2. Understand where the industry is headed in 2010, where spending is expected to improve.
  3. Identify fundamental changes to the industry that could permanently impact their business.
