9:00 - 9:45 am

Jerry Haselmayer, Seek, Inc.

Do you believe every company should be continually creating and innovating or is that better left to the Google's of the world? It is a core belief of the speaker, Jerry Haselmayer, that innovation is absolutely essential to having a healthy company that survives the blasts of time. A lot of companies plan "ideation" or "innovation" days only to find the wheels of their organization slipping back into the same old ruts they have been in for years. During his presentation, Jerry will challenge us to think differently on how we lead and structure our organizations so innovation can breathe and become a natural part of our fabric. Expect to be stretched, inspired and to walk away with practical steps you can bring back to your organization on this fundamental leadership imperative.

Attendees will learn:

  1. Know the key building blocks that make up an innovative culture
  2. How catalytic mechanisms are essential in building a culture of innovation.
  3. Identify examples that challenge management norms and a different way to lead.
  4. See real life examples of innovation from seek and other companies
