Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing before 5:00 PM EST on February 13th. Cancellations will be subject to a $75 fee. Cancellations received after 5:00 PM EST on February 13th are non-refundable. If last minute problems prevent you from attending, we urge you to find a replacement, so that your registration will not go unused. Please notify CMOR for substitutions (acceptable anytime). Substitutions received after February 13th will be subject to a $25 fee.
