Required AD Specifications

All ads must include the following:

  1. Name and Version of program in which ad was created.
  2. Contact name and phone number.
  3. All art and fonts MUST BE included (both screen and printer font).
  4. Art & Images should be 300 dpi, grey scale or CMYK.

Ads must be submitted on CD or via email. Camera ready material not accepted. If submitting the ad on disk or via email you must create it using one of the following programs:

  1. Quark Express
  2. Page Maker
  3. Illustrator
  4. Photoshop
  5. Microsoft Publisher

Please submit final ads as a high resolution TIF, EPS or PDF.

Microsoft Word ads cannot be accepted.

Ads will be printed exactly as submitted. MRA can not assist in any ad modifications.
